REPRESENT THE MISSION

Each ambassador's mix of responsibilities is agreed with them individually.

• Mission representation

  Represent Operation WarriorFit honestly at races, in your community and online, using approved materials.

• Community support

  Help fellow veterans, service members and first responders find their way to a start line and to each other.

• Recruitment & outreach

  Introduce OWF to people who could join, and to races, partners and community groups that could work with us.

   Be an approved OWF member

   The program is open to approved Operation WarriorFit members.

   Apply, or accept an invitation

   Apply from your member portal, or accept an invitation from the OWF team.

   Admin approval

   An OWF admin reviews your application and becomes your named program contact.

   Onboarding

   Complete orientation, read the representation guidelines and code of conduct, sign the participation agreement, and agree your individual goals with your contact.

   Activation

   Once onboarding is complete, an OWF admin activates your ambassador membership.

   Check in and renew

   Quarterly check-ins on your goals, and an annual renewal conversation. Reviews are reminders, not penalties.

  An official OWF ambassador badge for your profiles.

• Approved resources

  Current logos, descriptions and promotional materials you can share.

• Training & support

  Orientation, guidance and a named OWF contact you can message privately.

• Recognition

  An optional listing in the ambassador directory below, with content you approve.
