By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Operation WarriorFit ("OWF," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Operation WarriorFit offers SMS messaging to keep participants, supporters, and community members informed about:

• Race entry opportunities and event updates
• Community group meetups and activities
• Training program reminders and motivation
• Donation campaigns and fundraising events
• Organization news and announcements
• Account notifications and application status updates

2. CONSENT & OPT-IN

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Operation WarriorFit at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, donation, or participation in any OWF program.

You may opt in to receive messages by:

• Checking an SMS opt-in box on a web form or application
• Texting a designated keyword to our short code or phone number
• Providing verbal or written consent at an event or through customer support

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY & CONTENT

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though frequency may increase during active race seasons or events. Messages may include informational, promotional, and transactional content related to OWF programs and services.

4. DONATIONS & FUNDRAISING VIA SMS

Operation WarriorFit is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-2673785). From time to time, we may send SMS messages related to donation opportunities, fundraising campaigns, and giving events. These messages are intended to inform you about ways to support our mission of providing free race entries to veterans, service members, and first responders.

By responding to or clicking links in donation-related SMS messages, you acknowledge that any resulting donation is made voluntarily and is subject to our full Terms of Service.

7. MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Operation WarriorFit does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details about your plan.

8. SUPPORTED CARRIERS

SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Your phone number and opt-in data will be used solely for the purposes described in these terms. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information collected via SMS is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. DISCLAIMER

Operation WarriorFit and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to technical issues, network congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control. SMS messaging may not be available in all areas or on all devices.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or posted on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
