Save All Receipts

Keep email receipts or print them for your records. Store them with your tax documents.

Track by Tax Year

Organize donations by calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31) for easier tax filing.

Record Payment Method

Note whether you paid by card, check, stock, or other method for each donation.

Keep for 3+ Years

The IRS recommends keeping records for at least 3 years from the date you file.
